Our story
Built out of frustration with how software gets sold
NOS Digital began in 2016 because too many businesses were being sold software they did not need, at prices nobody could justify, by people who disappeared the week after launch. We thought the work deserved a more honest version of that transaction.
So we built the studio around three unglamorous commitments: scope it properly before quoting, show working software every fortnight, and hand over everything — code, infrastructure, credentials — so the client is never trapped with us.
A decade on, that has grown into a team of designers, engineers and DevOps specialists across London and the UAE, covering everything from a five-page brochure site to a multi-module ERP. The commitments have not changed, and most of our work still arrives through clients recommending us to someone else.

Straight answers
If a cheaper tool would do the job, we say so. Telling a client not to spend money is the fastest way to earn the work they do need.
Estimates we stand behind
We scope properly before quoting, and we absorb our own mistakes. A fixed price only means something if it holds when the work gets hard.
Build for the third year
Anything can be made to work for a demo. We write code, tests and documentation for the team maintaining it long after we have moved on.

Ten years, one direction
Founded
Started as a two-person web studio taking on work larger agencies would not touch.
Beyond websites
Custom software and mobile became the majority of our work as clients outgrew off-the-shelf tools.
Regional expansion
Opened a second team in the UAE, giving clients coverage across two time zones.
Full-stack studio
Forty-plus engineers, designers and marketers delivering sixteen specialisms from London.
